Dissociation Nation

It has long been noted that people like to present their best selves on the internet. I am sort of an exception to this and I do share some of my struggles. However, some things are too personal. I’m not trying to make my life look better than it really is; I just want to speak in generalizations. This is why there has been a lack of posts lately. I love blogging and I do plan to get back into it, but I like to blog about existentialism, not me having to process past trauma. That’s not fun even for me. As a result, I have been extremely “tired” lately (read: dissociated into what feels like a coma). When I’m actually awake, I’m clutching an ice pack and feeling all the feelings. That’s not exactly blogging time.

So, if anyone is worried that they will never find out how my blog on the meaning of life unfolds, have no fear! Nothing could keep me away from this project. I very much look forward to when I have dealt with some of the more urgent mental health matters and I can get back to this!
