Yes, I’m dedicating today to literally watching cat videos. I tried to write an entry that required me to think intelligently in order to produce, but I’m dissociated today and my reading comprehension is shot. Even having a conversation is hard because I can’t follow a train of thought. This happens sometimes when I’m overly stressed or emotional, which checks out in this case because I have got a lot of painful stuff going on. I had my perception of what it means to feel emotional, and now I’m learning to identify additional indicators that I’m in over my head; such as psychosomatic pain or just not feeling “smart.” So as much as I want to write more, even what I’ve already written makes me feel like my writing abilities are stunted, so I’m off to watch Sims 4 Let’s Plays on YouTube. Hopefully I’ll be back soon if not tomorrow!
