Well, I made my first-ever TikTok video. My turtle said we should get a job as influencers and then maybe we wouldn’t be totally destitute all the time. I feel like this might be an example of his naturally robust self-confidence getting the better of him.
In other news, things are calming down. This lady from the department of mental health demanded that I accept a box of food from the food pantry, and that helped my mood a lot. She also cleared out room in her schedule to come listen to me talk about all my problems, and that helped considerably as well. Plus I went to bed at like 6:30pm on Friday and woke up at 1:30pm on Saturday. I must have needed the sleep because I felt way better afterwards. So, the Apostate Turtle lives to see another day. And I made vegan no-bake cookies to boot.
